1. Acceptance and Changes
By using ThePredictorX platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform reserves the right to change these terms at any time. When changes take effect, the Platform will notify users.
2. Platform Description
ThePredictorX is a fully-fledged Web3 DApp (Decentralized Application) that operates through Telegram Mini App on the TON Blockchain. Users can make predictions in crypto, sports, and special categories, watch ads, and complete tasks to earn PTC Token. The platform uses TON Connect for secure and fast transactions.
3. Account and Registration
A Telegram account is required to access the Platform. Users under 18 years of age cannot use the Platform. You are responsible for the security of your account. Your account may be suspended if suspicious activity is detected.
4. PTC Token and Payments
PTC Token is the in-platform currency operating on the TON Blockchain. You can earn PTC by watching ads, completing tasks, and making predictions. You can withdraw your earnings using TON or Telegram Stars by connecting your TON wallet (Tonkeeper, Wallet, or MyTonWallet) via TON Connect. Minimum withdrawal: 5 USD (as TON). PTC Token is currently only valid and convertible within the game and will launch on the TON Network in Q2 2027.
5. User Responsibilities
You must use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws. Fraud, bot usage, or abuse is prohibited. Your account may be permanently closed if such activities are detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of the Platform belong to ThePredictorX. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for prediction results or losses. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
